What If I'm not happy with the work of my writer?
If you have been unhappy with the quality of your work provided for any reason, you are eligible to apply for free modification. The application has to be within the next 10 working days once the work has been submitted. Your author will change everything to match your remarks
What happens in case of late order delivery?
This possibility is almost excluded. Considering the number of our writers we have (more than 450 working online and about 3000 in freelance database). That is why we can guarantee a timely delivery. The only exception may be any unexpected and inevitable event with a writer.
Can I talk to my writer?
In most cases our team members support contact between customers and writers. This is done through the dashboards of personal customers. Usually authors, as well as our clients, tend to remain anonymous in the first place. However, in some situations, when conditions require it, you can make a request for direct contact. If the writer acknowledges it, we will arrange it for you.
How do I know my writer / editor really is a good one?
For our team we select the authors carefully. We can give you all necessary credentials and the portfolio of writers upon your request. Later, once your order has been issued, you should be able to grasp his or her level of conversational competence. In certain severe circumstances it stipulates the right to replace your current author.
Can I pay by credit / debit card?
